The Lord Leconfield Branch of the Pony Club was one of the earliest branches to be formed and covers the area between Petworth in the West and Billingshurst in the East. In 2019, The Pony Club is celebrating its 90th Anniversary and LLPC will be celebrating 85 years !
We try to keep a balance between having fun and learning how to ride and look after your pony. Hopefully we achieve this in a friendly fashion, welcoming new members of all ages and also by having teams in many disciplines competing successfully at the Area competitions and going forward to the National Championships, too!
Please take a look around the website and feel free to contact any of the organisers to discuss joining the branch or, if you are already a member, putting your name down to join in a rally or lesson!
AREA 13 FESTIVAL
Thank you to everyone to competed and came along to help, all contributing to an enjoyable day!
Here are the results, which are also available on the Cowdray Website but those have an error in the 80cm ODE and need updating.
If you fancy a photograph as a momento of the day, https://www.jsbeephotography.com/ will have them available from their website shortly.
If you are unsure what is allowed in relation to Covid restrictions and LLPC activities, please do visit the Pony Club’s advice webpage, where you may find some helpful information and which is updated on a regular basis:

I am pleased with Layla and am really looking forward to the Endurance Championships in September and I hope that more people will start competing in this discipline as it is very enjoyable.
We are very grateful to Nick Gauntlett for making the time to come and join us recently for a well attended clinic over two days, allowing nearly thirty members to benefit from Nick’s experience and expertise.
Ellie Barnwell represented Lord Leconfield in the Pony Club show jumping at Royal Windsor today, 17th May. They jumped a good round but unfortunately rolled a pole on the last jump!
Note that you should return the Membership form to the Lord Leconfield Pony Club branch and NOT to The Pony Club HQ
