Membership of the Pony Club fell due on February 1, 2019, and covers membership for 12 months. Both membership and insurance cover will automatically terminate if the subscription isn’t paid by February 28th. Unfortunately if you do not renew your membership, you are unable to attend rallies or compete at Pony Club competitions and are not insured under the Pony Club insurance. If you are hoping to compete at Area, you will need to have continuous membership to be eligible.
Please remember to fully complete the membership form, including the GIFT AID box (this MUST be a UK tax payer and the cheque must have the same signature on it as the gift aid). Signing the gift aid is a way of donating money to the branch, through the tax system, without having to do anything except completing the box. GIFT AID only applies to the annual subscription. If you wish to purchase any items, such as a stock or a tie, badge, Manual of Horsemanship, please check with Carrie first to see if we have some “in stock” but going forward, these sort of purchases can be made direct from the Harry Hall online shop.
